So...Where'd everybody go?

Well, it has definitely been a while since my last post.  For some reason I have noticed that people stop posting after a period of about one year, or when summer starts.  I am no exception, but it is very hard to keep up on gossip when noone posts I'm afraid.

Well, on the good side, I decided to wear my tribute to Steve Irwin shirt today, also commonly known as my safari shirt, or, as steve brown so lovingly refers to it, "The Crocodile Jersey."  It is sad how much he actually has touched the rest of the world, even though everytime I went channel surfing on the telly, there wouldn't be much of a tendency for my finger to stop at his shows usually,....well, uh....seldomly.....oh alright, I never stopped to watch his show.  But of course everyone knows the traditional "Crikey!  Look at the size of those sharp teeth.  He could grab my entire arm off with one of those bites.  Hold on, I just need to check his throat so I'll just quickly stick my arm down there anyway."  What is sad is a facebook wall post I read today saying: "Well, luckily we made a tribute video of him already because we knew his death was inevitable."  Actually more funny than sad, but sad all the same.  Well it's off to class until 2100, then it's weekend!

Mulahr is gut! Ja.

If you asked me what I was going to do this summer, I could honestly not have told you that I was going to be doing this: Sitting in front of a television working.  I always said, "Unemployment, bask in it," and I can tell you that it is working out extremely well.  Working for dad really has its benefits such as not having to mind the "at work" distractions such as tv and friends, flexible hours, such as working when I get up at 11 and doing it until I feel like it's enough.  Maybe I'll be able to get my truck paid off by the end of the summer!  Half way there right now...

All right, so I lied about getting back quickly

So, it has been a while since I updated my webpage.  It has been balls to walls boring here, yet I didn't think about doing anything about it because that is our prerogative as college students during summer: not thinking even if it would render a state of boredom useless.

All right, so what have I been doing?  Working for dad around the house, organizing our ridiculously large collection of dvds and cds, pressure washing the driveway and house walls, screwing around Webb Bridge Park, and trying to keep sane until my sisters ship off to summer school and GHP.  What Am I planning on doing?  Working around the house for dad, extending my bafoonery to include the rest of Alpharetta, and entertaining my international guests when they arrive.  The next item on my agenda however is the Will's Park rodeo tonight, which I am sure will be terrible, considering that it is a) in Alpharetta, b) Wills Park, c) will be attended by probably more Alpharettans, and d) will be performed most likely by rich kids and rich parents who would probably sue the horse that ejected their child in a parabolic pattern ending in a harsh negotiation of which part of the body should connect with the ground first.  No, i'm not cynical at all.

Other than that I'll be in country for most of the summer, the end of July to be exact, which will be a big step for me, as this will be the first summer in 9 years that I will not be flying for more than 50 hours during its duration, not that I'm complaining because airplane food sucks.  Man it's hard to believe that it has been an entire month since my last test!

Summer Time!

It is now the third day into summer and I am already bored.  Not that it matters of course, because any amount of boredom is better than being stuck in a classroom at Tech!  Maybe it isbecause of the finals I took that I am so bored.  Maybe it took such a large portion of my brain that I am just too incompetent to be anymore colorful when it comes to doing something.  Hmm...maybe I should go look for a cowboy hat...

A litttle memoir before my death...

Tech Finals are a'comin'.  I feel death destruction mayhem, and some general chaos about to befall me.  I think this will be my last entry before the summer starts, not that anything exciting has happened on my postings for a while...
